Design
While most builders offer a dozen or so plans with one only constructionmethod, we offer more than 60 plans with multiple ways of building them to meet your demanding specifications. Only you know what you really need, and we can provide it to you.
We’ve designed our own line of Site Built Homes to offer the best possible bang for your buck, and we offer a multitude of other plans including State Certified ECO-Green Homes, Modular Homes, Manufactured Homes, and Containerized Homes that can be shipped anywhere in the world.
If you still haven’t found what you’re looking for our designer can easily modify any of our plans to suit your needs, or we can start from scratch with a full Custom Design, including state of the art 3D renderings that enable you to see your home before it’s even built.
Construction
There’s more than one way to build a home. We build traditional Site-Built stock and custom home plans as well as our own lines of State-Certified ECO-Green, Modular,
Manufactured, and Containerized Homes – no other builder offers as many choices. But no matter how you want to build, our skill with numerous construction methods guarantees you’ll be working with one of the most advanced, proficient construction teams you could ask for.
Real Estate
We’re constantly networking and scouring the market for new home sites. If you don’t already own your own land, or have a specific site in mind, our Real Estate
Agents will work with you to find the ideal location whether it is for sale on the MLS, in one of our Planned Communities, or on one of our our Reserved Building Lots. With offices to serve you in Tacoma, Spokane, Kennewick, Moses Lake, Yakima, and Portland, OR, we have our territory covered and will work with you to find the right lot in your area.
Lending
We directly fund our own Construction Loans, and have a marketing alliance with
Bank of America Home Loans™ to provide your permanent mortgage financing.
If you qualify for the mortgage, you qualify for our construction loan. It’s that simple. We can help you reach your home ownership goals with financing options ranging from Conventional, FHA and 80/20 Loans to Land, Construction and Construction-to-Perm loans.
